Open 'Registry Editor' / 'regedit' (run -> 'regedit').
On Registry Editor, navigate it to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\CabinetState .
You need to create new string value named "Use Search Asst" and set it to "No".
