You need to wait from 1 up to 48 hours to wait Google Adsense confirmation for your blog. If your website or weblog is accepted by it, you will able to use its ads to be put on your website or weblog. If Google refuse, you need to recheck again your website or weblog and make sure everything is okay, then register again.
