Click 'Start Menu', go to 'Settings', then go to 'Control Panel', open 'Administrative Tools', look at the expanded tree, choose 'Computer Management'
Once the Computer Management screen comes up, click on 'Storage', then choose 'Disk Management'. On the right side of the screen you should see Disk0 with your some partitions on it. Right click the partition that you wish to be deleted on it and select 'Format'. This will reformat the choosen.
It will not harm other partition in the harddisk.
