If you got the Task Manager is disabled by the administrator, you can enable it back so you can close any running application faster by click "End Process" on it.
Click 'Start' on the left-down corner at the screen to go to Start Menu, and click 'Run' if you are using Windows XP, or type the shortcut registry below here on the available box at the Start Menu if you are using Windows Vista or Windows Seven.
REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
Once you did it right, the Task Manager will be enabled.
