It is same as you peek on the Aero Button, which allow you to peek desktop, and if you click it, you'll get all window closed.
But you can do it faster without touching your mouse, Holding Window Key and Pressing Space is better method to peek your desktop.
Also you can run program as administrator without right-clicking and clicking "Run as Administrator". Holding Control and Shift key and double clicking the icon of program is also working to run program as administrator.
