Most of Windows programs can not be uninstalled through the Add / Remove Programs in Control Panel. Here's how to overcome them:
*. Right click on the Start button and select Explore
*. Open the folder C: WindowsInf. Create a copy of Sysoc.inf file by right clicking on the file and press Ctrl + C
*. Sysoc.inf right click again and select Open With, then select Open With Notepad on windows
*. Press Ctrl + H to display the Replace window. Type "hide" (without quotation marks) in the Find row and ",," in the Replace With line. Then press the button "Replace All" and save the file
