The first way to do this is just click 'My Computer', then click 'Properties'.
On Properties Windows, click 'Advanced Tab', and then click 'Settings'. Clear check box on 'Fade or Slide Menus Into View'. Now you can collapse or expand folder on Windows Explorer quickly than before.
